Norpak Machines Introduce the New Polyprocessor

Norpak Machines latest edition to an already well established portfolio of technologically advanced mailroom equipment is the Norpak POLYPROCESSOR. This is the ultimate high speed short run plastic enveloping system designed specifically for today's mailing industry, designed and built for safety, ease of operation and minimal maintenance.

The New edge Technology on the PLOYPROCESSOR creates its own "skin-tight" plastic envelopes and can save firms up to 50% on pre-made bags; the "skin-tight" design reduces the overall pack size making packages look and feel superior. The POLYPROCESSOR does not require any special films as the styles of wrapping materials used are compatible with industry standards. The PLOYPROCESSOR has low maintenance costs and waste is minimal due to better product control. The POLYPROCESSOR can store up to 32 different products, making change-overs quick and simple and does not require any special set-up features as its easy setup and the self learn mode automatically sets bag size and print register. Existing customers' machinery can be upgraded by Norpak to the take advantage of the technological advances of the Norpak POLYPROCESSORS Edge Technology.
A special feature of the POLYPROCESSOR is that it can be used without film providing a high speed multi station collating or inserting system and a mailer base for inkjetting. The Modular design offers greater flexibility enabling feeders, conveyors, inkjet systems and stackers to be added at a future date.
The New Edge technology is another demonstration of Norpak commitment to continuous New Product Development and Norpak plans to launch a number of new developments during 2004/2005 such as a New 15,000 cycles per hour POLYPROCESSOR, a stand alone servo drive shuttle, rotary & friction feeders; New easy operator/low maintenance features for the POLYPROCESSOR and also a new inline mini wrapper.
